Rebecca Crowder, CWS®, CSOP, currently serves as the Chief Compliance & Operations Officer at Ulrich Investment Consultants, specializing in the implementation of tools and procedures to enhance operational efficiencies and compliance administration. With extensive experience in compliance and operations roles, Rebecca previously held positions such as Director of Compliance & Operations at Covenant and Executive Vice President at San Antonio Capital & Trust, LLC, where responsibilities included servicing trust and registered investment advisor clients and leading compliance initiatives. A career spanning over three decades includes significant roles at USAA and Frost Bank, where Rebecca managed large teams and high-value assets, integrated compliance measures, and implemented process improvements. Rebecca's education includes a BBA in Information Systems from The University of Texas at San Antonio and is complemented by further training at the Cannon Financial Institute and the Bank Administration Institute.
