Luis Santamaria

Luis Santamaria has over 22 years of work experience in various managerial roles. Luis began their career at Mexicana Airlines as a Commercial Alliances Coordinator, where they established commercial alliances and developed new products. Luis then became the Regional Sales Manager and National Corporate Accounts Manager, responsible for sales growth and building business relationships. Luis later joined CODEMA Inc as the CFO and VP of Finance and Administration, overseeing capital expenditures and financial decisions. Luis then worked at American Leather as a Plant Production Manager, where they managed manufacturing processes and implemented employee development programs. Luis also held the position of VP of Manufacturing at Massoud Furniture. Luis later joined Thermacor Process Inc as the Plant Manager, responsible for all production processes and continuous improvement. Currently, Luis serves as the President - TX Market at Ulrich Barn Builders, LLC, leading a team and overseeing planning, operations, sales, customer satisfaction, and strategic planning.

Luis Santamaria completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica del Centro (UNITEC) between 1991 and 1996. Following that, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration at The University of Texas at San Antonio from 2005 to 2009.
