Oliver Scott

Oliver Scott is a Non-Executive Director at ULS technology, and has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance. Oliver has advised on dozens of transactions, including IPOs, public takeovers, acquisitions and disposals, private placements and balance sheet restructurings. Oliver has also worked as an Associate Director at Bancorp / IPS and as a Director at Kestrel Partners.

Oliver Scott studied business economics at the University of Reading before going on to study at Stowe School.
