Robert West

Robert West has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Robert is currently working as a Transformational Coach at Double Loop Coaching since April 2023. Before that, they were the Head of Microsoft Engineering at Smoove starting from April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Engineering Manager at Smoove from January 2021 to April 2022. Robert also held the position of Head of Technology at Ridgeway Digital from September 2019 to October 2020. Robert has extensive experience at Jaywing, where they served as a Technical Director from October 2010 to June 2019. Before that, they were the Head of Development from November 2009 to October 2010 and Architecture Manager from March 2008 to November 2009. Earlier in their career, Robert worked at Graphico as a Technical Manager from January 2007 to February 2008 and as a Senior Web Application Developer from August 2006 to December 2006. Robert started their career at REDtechnology.com as a Lead Developer and Technical Architect from November 2003 to June 2006.

Robert West earned a B.Phil. degree in Philosophy from the University of Oxford from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they completed their M.A. degree in Philosophy and Psychology at the University of Oxford from 1993 to 1996. In terms of additional certifications, Robert obtained various qualifications including Associate Member from EMCC UK, Diploma in Transformational Coaching from Catalyst 14 Ltd, EMCC Global Individual Accreditation (EIA) Foundation Level from EMCC Global in August 2022, EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 Certified Assessor from Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS) in 2021, Kentico Kontent Certified Developer from Kentico Software in May 2020, and Web Site .NET Developer Certification for Sitecore CMS 6.2 from Sitecore in April 2010.
