Johannes Volle

Johannes Volle has extensive experience in finance and management roles. Johannes currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at ULSTEIN, where they are responsible for financial reporting and budgeting. Johannes has also held the position of Group Finance Manager at ULSTEIN, overseeing the finance function and collaborating with various departments within the company. In addition, Volle has served as the Chair of the board at Blue Ctrl AS, a software company specializing in marine automation systems. Johannes has also held board member positions at various other organizations, including Artikon AS, Movena AS, and Ikon Utvikling AS. Prior to their current roles, Volle has also gained experience as a Finance Manager at Ulstein Verft AS and as the Managing Director of Ulstein Shared Services AS. Earlier in their career, they served as an Accounting Manager and Economist/ERP consultant at Tussa and as an Economist/Controller at Nexans.

Johannes Volle has a Bachelor's Degree in Økonomi og administrasjon from Østfold University College (HiØ) which they attained from 2003 to 2006. Johannes later pursued a Master's Degree in Økonomi og administrasjon, siviløkonom from the School of Economics and Business, Norwegian University of Life Sciences from 2006 to 2008. In 2012 to 2013, they attended Nordvest Forum to study Ledelse i forandring. Lastly, in 2019, Johannes participated in a program at Columbia Business School that focused on Digital Strategies for Business: Leading the Next Generation Enterprise.
