Everett Erichsen serves as the Director of Emergency Services at Ulster County since October 2017, after previously holding the position of Deputy Director of Emergency Services and Fire Coordinator. Additionally, Everett has been a Fire Instructor for the New York State Association of Fire Chiefs since December 2013. Experience in emergency services includes roles as Alarm Station Operator, Security Shift Supervisor, and Composite Adversary Force Team Member at Entergy from July 2015 to October 2017, and as a New York State Fire Instructor for the NYS Division of Homeland Security & Emergency Services from May 2013 to October 2017. Prior to that, roles included Chief of Department at G4S from April 2007 to July 2015 and Ulster County Fire Instructor from January 2011 to May 2013. Everett holds a degree in Emergency Management from SUNY Empire State College and studied at Dutchess Community College.
