Timothy Rose P.e., Bcee, Qep, M.p.a.

Timothy Rose, P.E., BCEE, QEP, M.P.A. currently serves as the Acting Public Health Director and Director of Environmental Health Services at the Ulster County Department of Health, a position held since July 2020. Prior to this role, Timothy Rose held various positions including Senior Public Health Engineer within the same department. From February 2010 to June 2020, Timothy Rose was the Executive Director of the Ulster County Resource Recovery Agency, also serving as Acting Executive Director and Director of Operations and Safety during this tenure.
