Donna Goodall

Donna Goodall has over 30 years of experience in commercial lending, with roles as Vice President at M&T Bank from 1984 to 2014, and currently as Vice President at Ulster Savings Bank since 2015. Ulster Savings Bank is a local community bank based in New York, while M&T Bank is a multi-state community-focused bank serving several states in the Northeast region.
