David Krueger is a seasoned executive in real estate and store development, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Growth and Development at Ulta Beauty since September 2015. In this role, David leads new store development and optimizes the real estate portfolio for the largest beauty retailer in the U.S. Previously, David held the position of Vice President of Real Estate at Carter's | OshKosh B'gosh, where responsibilities included overseeing store development strategy and achieving 110 new store openings annually. David's earlier experience includes a lengthy tenure as Senior Vice President of Corporate Real Estate at Brown Shoe Company, managing extensive retail and corporate property portfolios. David also served in various roles in real estate and administrative services at Viking Insurance Company. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University.
