Devon Byrne

Devon Byrne is a seasoned human resources professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently, Devon serves as Vice President of People Enablement at Ulta Beauty, where a variety of HR leadership roles have been held since 2016, including Vice President of Human Resources and Senior Director of HR Administration and Compliance. Additionally, faculty positions have been held at Southern New Hampshire University and Loyola University Chicago since 2011 and 2014, respectively. Previous experiences include roles at Gap Inc., where senior positions in global employee relations and human resource management were held, as well as a decade teaching in the Fashion Merchandising Department at The Illinois Institute of Art. Devon's educational background includes a Doctorate in Business Management from Argosy University, a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Loyola University, and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business and Accounting as well as Art History from Lake Forest College.
