Erika Green is an accomplished retail leader with extensive experience in sales management and operations. Currently serving as Store Leader at PetSmart since August 2015, Erika has consistently achieved sales plans and managed profitable operating expenses, in addition to leading district-wide initiatives for customer experience and associate development. Prior roles include Store Manager at Bath & Body Works, where Erika achieved all quarterly sales targets, and roles at Kohls, Victoria's Secret, Belk, and JCPenney, demonstrating a strong track record of exceeding financial goals and driving significant sales growth.
