Jill Podzimek

Jill Eddington Podzimek is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in customer and growth marketing, currently serving as Senior Director at Ulta Beauty since September 2016. Jill has progressed through various roles at Ulta, including Director of Member Marketing and Senior Manager of Loyalty Program & Promotions. Prior to this, Jill operated as a Marketing Consultant during a family sabbatical and held managerial positions at Harley-Davidson Financial Services and United Airlines, focusing on credit card management and loyalty programs. Jill's career began at FTD, where responsibilities included customer retention and digital marketing coordination. Educational achievements include participation in the LEAD Program for High Potential Leaders at The Executives' Club of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
