KochuRani (Rani) R. possesses extensive experience in the IT sector, currently serving as the Director of IT at Ulta Beauty since December 2014, following a progression of roles including Senior Manager and IT Manager. Prior to Ulta Beauty, KochuRani held positions at Office Depot and OfficeMax, contributing as a Lead Functional Analyst and Lead Business Configuration Analyst, respectively. Previous experience includes IT consulting roles at Kraft Foods Group, Solo Cup Company, and Rohm and Haas, as well as software engineering at Infosys Technologies Ltd. KochuRani earned a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and holds a BTech in Electronics Engineering from Chenganoor College of Engineering, Cochin University of Technology.
