Matthew Dolkart

Matthew Dolkart is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer support and operations management. Since February 2017, Matthew has served as a Senior Vendor Manager at Ulta Beauty, overseeing vendor relations and operational planning within call center functions. Previously, at Groupon from April 2011 to February 2017, Matthew held various roles including Customer Support Operations Manager for the Americas, where responsibilities included leading multi-channel contact centers and enhancing customer and employee experiences. Additional experience includes management roles at Mesirow Financial and Ravinia Festival in team assistance and development writing.
