Memory Lane-Coleman possesses extensive experience in retail management and sales within the cosmetics industry, having held positions at Ulta Beauty, including General Manager, Acting General Manager, and Co Manager. Previous roles include Retail Sales Executive at Urban Decay Cosmetics and MAC third key/Counter Manager at MAC Cosmetics.
