Tracee Ellis Ross

Tracee Ellis Ross joined Ulta Beauty in February of 2021. Tracee is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pattern Beauty. As an advisor, Tracee helps support current and future brands founded by people of color that are sold at Ulta. She also helps the retailer develop diverse leaders and diversity in the supply chain, and joins executive diversity and inclusion council summits quarterly.
