Esraa Hammad

Esraa Hammad is a Project Manager at ULTATEL since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at _VOIS as a Subject Matter Expert and Technical Support Trainer from 2018 to 2021. Esraa was an International Technical Support Advisor at VOIS vodafone shared international services from 2017 to 2018, and a Sales Manager at Misr Emirates Takaful Life Insurance Co – METLICO from 2016 to 2017. As a Subject Matter Expert, Esraa was responsible for evaluating business operations and processes, identifying areas where technical solutions would improve business performance, and providing mentorship and specialized knowledge. As a Technical Support Trainer, they conducted technical training for new employees, prepared and adhered to the training Agenda, and taught classes to help workers learn new skills.

Esraa Hammad has a diverse educational background. Esraa obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Alexandria University between 2012 and 2016.
