Courtney Oddy

Courtney Oddy has extensive experience in the engineering and retail industries. Courtney started their career as a Store Manager at Nine West Group, where they successfully managed the administration and daily operations of a high volume retail store. Courtney achieved significant improvements in sales revenue and ensured compliance with company standards. Additionally, Courtney received training to become the District Training Manager.

Following their time at Nine West Group, Courtney joined Great River Energy as an Engineering Technician. Courtney then moved to Ulteig, where they worked as an Engineering (CADD) Technician.

In 2023, Courtney returned to Great River Energy as a Senior Engineering Technician, highlighting their expertise and progression in the engineering field. Courtney has a strong background in engineering and has developed their skills over the course of their career.

Courtney Oddy earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Administration from the Minnesota School of Business in 2012-2013. Prior to that, they also obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Design and Drafting from ITT Technical Institute-Eden Prairie in 2005-2007.
