Jeff Steinhaus

Jeff Steinhaus has a strong background in software engineering and management. Jeff is currently working as the Associate Director of Innovation Engineering at Ulteig. Prior to this, they were the Principal Software Engineer at Trynzic from 2018 to 2022, where they had responsibilities in architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise SaaS solutions. Jeff also had direct customer interaction during feature exploration and implementations.

Before Trynzic, Jeff worked at Professional Advantage Ltd as the Quality Assurance Manager from 2017 to 2018. Jeff was responsible for managing quality assurance activities.

Jeff also gained valuable experience at Microsoft, where they held various roles. Jeff served as the Principal Software Engineer Manager from 2014 to 2017, overseeing a team of engineers. Prior to that, they were the Principal Test Manager from 2007 to 2014, where they led a team of test engineers and was accountable for quality deliverables. During their time as a Test Manager, they achieved significant savings through SAP MaxAttention negotiations and safeguarded millions of dollars in revenue through proactive engagement. Jeff also implemented performance, stress, and regression test suites.

At Microsoft, they also held the roles of Project Manager Lead from 2003 to 2007, where they managed complex projects and was responsible for budget management, and Software Architect from 2001 to 2003.

Jeff began their career as an Application Developer at Great Plains Software from 1997 to 2001.

Jeff Steinhaus has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from North Dakota State University. Jeff also has a minor in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university. Additionally, they hold the certification of MCSA: Dynamics 365 - Certified 2018 from Microsoft.
