Prior to that, they pursued Graduate Studies in Economics at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 1989 to 1992, and received a B.S. in Economics from the same university from 1985 to 1989. Furthermore, Kristen obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI in 2009.
