Kristen Kelley

Kristen Kelley, PMP has extensive experience in project management and consulting in the energy industry. Kristen is currently working at Ulteig as a Program Manager, a role they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, they were a Senior Project Manager at the same company from April 2021 to November 2022.

Before joining Ulteig, Kristen worked as an Executive Energy Consultant at an undisclosed company from December 2019 to April 2021. Kristen served as an AMI Project Manager at the City of Roseville from October 2018 to November 2019.

Kristen's career in the energy industry started at GridSME - Grid Subject Matter Experts in August 2011, where they held the position of Principal Consultant. Kristen worked on various projects for the California ISO, focusing on system integration, reliability, and coordination between different agencies. Kristen'sresponsibilities included tracking and reporting on mitigation measures, aligning processes between agencies, and monitoring generation and transmission projects.

From 1999 to 2011, Kristen was a Principal Consultant at ECCO International. During this time, they managed both short-term and long-term projects, serving as part of large program management teams. Kristen worked on the development of business practice manuals and served as a consultant contractor to the California Independent System Operator.

Earlier in their career, Kristen held positions as a Senior Energy Consultant at Henwood Energy Services, Inc. from April 1997 to October 1999, and as the Director of Marketing at DeHayes Consulting Group from 1995 to 1997. Kristen also worked as a Senior Energy Consultant at Resource Management International from 1992 to 1995, and as an Energy Consultant at The Unimar Group from 1989 to 1992.

Kristen Kelley, PMP, holds a Certificate in Project Management from California State University-Sacramento, which was obtained from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, they pursued Graduate Studies in Economics at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 1989 to 1992, and received a B.S. in Economics from the same university from 1985 to 1989. Furthermore, Kristen obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI in 2009.
