Kwanza Caffie (she/her)

Kwanza Caffie has a diverse work experience that includes roles in recruiting and client management. Kwanza started their career as a Recruiting Coordinator at the University of Florida, where they managed on-campus recruiting services and coordinated communication with employers and students. Kwanza then worked as an Employer Relations Coordinator, overseeing the daily operations of on-campus recruiting and conducting consultations with employers. After that, Kwanza joined James Moore, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants as a Firm Recruiter, where they developed and coordinated recruitment strategies and policies. Most recently, they worked at Symplicity Corporation as a Client Manager, responsible for managing client accounts. Currently, Kwanza is working as a Recruiter at Ulteig.
