Nichol Gagnon has extensive experience in project management, with a focus on the electrical construction industry. Nichol began their career as a summer intern at Baker Electric in 2006 and later worked as a project engineer and project manager at the same company from 2009 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Weifield Group Contracting as a project manager until 2019 when they moved to Carlton Electric, Inc. in the same role. Currently, Nichol is employed as a project manager at Ulteig. Nichol also gained experience as an assistant project manager at R.A. Burch Construction and as a project engineer at EC Constructors, Inc. Additionally, they served as the Associate Head Coach for Cheerleading at California State University, Fresno. Overall, Nichol Gagnon has built a strong background in project management and engineering within the electrical construction industry.

Nichol Gagnon completed their high school education at Ramona High School from 2000 to 2004. Nichol obtained their high school diploma during this period. Following that, from 2004 to 2009, Nichol attended California State University, Fresno, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. After completing their degree, Nichol obtained several additional certifications related to their field. In August 2011, they received a certification in Construction Quality Control from AGC-SD. Additionally, in April 2011, they obtained certifications in EM 385-1-1 from Safecon-SD and OSHA 30 Hour from Safecon-SD.
