Raju Kumar Das has worked in the IT, consulting and outsourcing industry since 2009. Raju Kumar began their career at Stryker as a Senior Business Development Manager, then as a BDM and BDE. In 2018, they moved to Ulterior Technologies as VP - Operation Head, where they were responsible for helping IT companies with a wide array of solutions to make sure that they are able to operate in a much more productive and profitable manner. In the same year, they also co-founded UPSCKART.
