Billy Nikolas Simanjuntak

Billy Nikolas Simanjuntak has extensive experience in legal and corporate roles, currently serving as Vice President Head of Law Enforcement Operation at PT. Indosat Tbk since August 2015, with previous interim positions as SVP Head of Legal and Corporate Secretary, VP Head of Legal Dispute Management, and VP Head of Legal Dispute Resolution. In November 2023, Billy transitioned to Lintasarta as GM of Corporate Secretary, Legal and Regulatory. Prior experience includes serving as a Litigation Specialist at Protelindo, PT, Senior Associate at SRS Lawyers, Associate Lawyer at Cita Citrawinda Noerhadi & Associates, and Legal Officer at Grup Sinarmas. Billy holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the University of Indonesia.
