As CEO of Ultima Business Solutions since October 2015, Dodds has overseen the company’s growth into a trusted IT partner. Prior to this role, Dodds served as VP of Channels & Alliances for EMEA at VMware and held multiple leadership positions at Microsoft, including General Manager for SMS&P in Western Europe and UK COO & Marketing Officer. Dodds also held key roles at Microsoft Ltd, Acer, and Compaq Computer Corporation, and was a founder director at Route To Market Ltd. Dodds began a career in sales management at Rapid Recall.
