Imran Lodhi

Imran Lodhi has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to 2022. Imran currently holds the position of Controller at Ultima Health Products, Inc starting from December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Elanco as an Advisor in Finance, where they were responsible for overseeing global M&A transactions and leading the integration process for a US biotech acquisition. Imran also served as an Advisor for Accounting Transformation & Innovation at Elanco. Additionally, Imran served as a Board Member at Financial Executives International (FEI) Indianapolis Chapter from 2020 to 2022. Before joining Elanco, they worked as the VP of BlackLine Practice at TruQua, an IBM Company, and as a Consultant at Guidepoint. Imran gained valuable experience as the Director of Accounting at Newell Brands, where they managed the accounting and financial reporting for five global Business Units. Prior to that, they worked as a Controller at Weaver Popcorn and as a Team Lead for Global Shared Services at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. Imran started their career as a Senior Accountant in Audit and Advisory at BKD CPAs & Advisors and later at Mazars.

Imran Lodhi's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd. Imran is also a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) of ICAEW from the ICAEW institute. In addition to their formal education, Imran has obtained certifications such as "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google and "Core Certification Training for Partners" from BlackLine.
