Thaís de Faria

Learning Experience Designer | Product Owner at Ultima

Thaís de Faria has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Thaís started as an English Instructor at Control C Tecnologia in 2013, then moved to a Research Scientist role at UFRJ (Federal University of Rio de Janeiro) in 2014. Thaís then worked as an Intern at Colégio Pedro II in 2016, followed by an ESL Teacher and Content Developer role at Indeed English in 2017. In 2018, they worked as a Content Developer (Grammar) at Curso Diferencial and an ESL Teacher and Content Developer at Free Pass Idiomas. In 2021, they worked as a Learning Designer and Business School at Escola Conquer, where they created the Business Intelligence & Analytics post-graduation course and the SQL course available on Conquer Plus streaming platform. Thaís also designed the students' journey, managed the team of content developers, and continuously monitored performance indicators. Finally, in 2022, they took on roles as a Designer de aprendizagem at Alura and a Learning Experience Designer and Product Owner at Ultima.School.

Thaís de Faria has a comprehensive educational background. In 2010, they obtained their secondary school diploma from Cefet/RJ - Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica Celso Suckow da Fonseca. Thaís also obtained a technical degree in Tourism and Entertainment from the same institution in 2012. From 2013 to 2017, they earned their Licenciatura in Letters - Portuguese/French from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. In 2018, they completed their Specialization in Education and Technology - Instructional Design from UFSCar - Alumni. Additionally, Thaís has obtained numerous certifications, including a Course in Product Management from Cursos PM3 in 2023, Agile Manager from Alura in 2022, Data Analysis from Escola Conquer in 2022, Project Management from Escola Conquer in 2021, Educational Technology with an emphasis on Educational Computing from CEDERJ in 2020, Instructional Designer from Cursos iPED in 2019, and Google Analytics for Beginners from Google Analytics.
