Burçak Okcu

Burçak Okcu has a diverse range of work experience in various design roles. Burçak is currently working as a Product Designer at Ultimate since 2022. Previously, they worked as a Senior UX Designer at Odeabank from 2021 to 2022, where they led and planned research and user testing methods for a digital transformation project. Prior to that, they were a Product - UI/UX Designer at ING from 2020 to 2021, responsible for designing user interfaces and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team. In 2019, they worked as a Product Designer at Wunder Innovation Studio, collaborating with production and programming teams and working with various companies. Burçak also gained experience as a Junior Designer at Emo Design Consultancy, where they worked on multiple projects ranging from fair design to UI design. Additionally, they worked as a Corporate Communications Assistant at Bahcesehir University from 2014 to 2016 and as an Interaction Design Intern at Arcelik Group in 2015.

Burçak Okcu has a diverse education history in the field of design and business. In 2013, they started their Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Product Design at Bahcesehir University, which they completed in 2017. In 2015, Burçak attended Fachhochschule Salzburg for a workshop in Product Design. Continuing their educational journey, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Business Administration and Technology Management at Istanbul Technical University from 2020 to 2021. Finally, in 2022, they enrolled at Istituto Europeo di Design to pursue a short-term program called Design Thinking for Business Transformation, focusing on design and applied arts.
