Miika Mälkönen

Miika Mälkönen has a diverse work experience starting from 2017. Miika worked as a Customer Service Coordinator at DS Smith from May 2017 to September 2017. Miika then became a Research Assistant at Tampere University of Technology from January 2018 to May 2018. After that, they served as a Supply Specialist Trainee at UPM - The Biofore Company from May 2018 to August 2018. Miika then interned as a Giant Leap Intern at Vaisala from May 2019 to August 2019. In 2020, they worked as a Master's Thesis Worker at Wapice Oy from January 2020 to May 2020, followed by being a Junior Data Analyst at KAITO Insight Oy from December 2020 to April 2022. Currently, they are working as a Data Analyst at Ultimate, starting from April 2022.

Miika Mälkönen completed their education in the field of Industrial Engineering. Miika obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Engineering from Tampere University of Technology in 2018. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial Engineering from the same university, completing it in 2020. In 2018, Miika also attended Nanyang Technological University in Singapore for a short-term program focused on Business. Apart from their formal education, Miika has acquired additional certifications, namely, Certified Data Vault 2.0 Practitioner (Legacy) from Data Vault Alliance and Dataiku Core Designer from Dataiku, both obtained in December 2021.
