Emely Evangelista

Emely Evangelista currently serves as the Alumni Coordinator at the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering, focusing on rebuilding the alumni community through networking events and hosting the alumni podcast Innovating Forward. Emely previously held roles such as Chapter Recruitment and Retention Advisor for Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority, Inc., where engagement through social media content reached over 50,000 people, and as a Communications Intern for the National Hispanic Medical Association and Cancer Support Community, executing public health campaigns and managing social media presence. Additional experience includes positions as an Event and Membership Coordinator with The International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation, and as an Outreach Worker with RiseBoro Community Partnership, promoting public health initiatives and community engagement. Emely holds a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology and International Affairs from The George Washington University.
