Fotini Masia

Fotini Masia currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Finance Magnates and Ultimate Fintech since April 2022 and July 2024, respectively. Prior to these roles, Fotini was the Director at Dest1ny Events from November 2011 to January 2023, overseeing event planning and management. Additional experience includes positions as HR Manager and HR Advisor at Melco Resorts & Entertainment from April 2018 to April 2022, and as Area HR Manager at Papantoniou Supermarkets between March 2012 and January 2018. Fotini started a career in operations at IMH C.S.C in early 2011. Fotini holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Marketing from the University of Nicosia, earned between 2008 and 2011.
