Justin Mieles

Justin Mieles has a rich work experience spanning several industries and roles. Justin is currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Ultimate Health Plans, Inc since December 2022. Prior to that, they were the Sr. Director of IT and Information Systems at the same company from December 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining Ultimate Health Plans, Inc, Justin worked at UnitedHealth Group for over a decade. Justin'sroles at UnitedHealth Group included Director of Enterprise Reporting and Analytics from July 2019 to December 2021, Principal Data Scientist from 2017 to July 2019, Director of Network Programs in 2016, Senior IT Data Analytics Consultant from 2014 to 2016, Associate Director of Analytics & Research - Cardiology from 2012 to 2014, and Manager of Reporting and Application Development from 2008 to 2012.

Justin also had experience as an Adjunct Professor at St. Petersburg College from August 2001 to December 2016, where they taught marketing and mathematics. Justin founded Mieles Capital Management in January 2005 and served as its Founder until February 2009.

Justin Mieles earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Math/Education/Programming from the University of Tampa, where they attended from 1994 to 1998. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a Marketing concentration from the University of Tampa from 1998 to 2000, specifically from the John H. Sykes College of Business.
