Brian Reuter

Brian Reuter has over 30 years of experience in the field of compensation, benefits, and total rewards. Brian most recently worked as the Vice President of Total Rewards at Ultimate Medical Academy, starting in October 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Vice President of Total Rewards at VNS Health from January 2022 to August 2023. Before their roles in the healthcare industry, Brian worked at MillerKnoll as the Vice President of Compensation, Benefits & HRIS for almost ten years. Brian also held leadership positions at Christie's, Pfizer, Verizon Wireless, and Price Waterhouse Coopers. Additionally, Brian served as a Supply and Logistics Officer in the United States Navy.
