Daniel Chen

Daniel Chen possesses extensive experience in institutional research and data analysis, currently serving as the Manager of Institutional Research at Ultimate Medical Academy since November 2016. In this role, Daniel oversees comprehensive institutional effectiveness surveys and develops predictive models while enhancing business intelligence processes. Prior to this, Daniel worked at Rasmussen College, initially as a Business Intelligence Associate and later as an Academic Data Analyst, where responsibilities included designing research programs focused on student learning outcomes. Additionally, Daniel has a background in academic instruction as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Puget Sound. Daniel holds a Master’s degree in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Southern California.
