Miranda Bettaglio

Miranda Bettaglio, M.Ed., has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Miranda began their career as an Assistant to the Development Coordinator at PACE Center for Girls in August 2011. Following this, Miranda facilitated the Girl Scout program in the School Board's Extended Day Enrichment Program, serving nine troops and designing curriculum for Daisy, Brownie, and Junior levels.

In 2012, Miranda joined Ultimate Medical Academy (UMA) and held multiple roles. Miranda started as a Learner Services Advisor before transitioning to a Training Specialist. In this role, Miranda was involved in the strategy and facilitation of training initiatives, pioneering student-facing recorded resources for UMA. Miranda then moved on to become an Associate Manager of Learner Services, where they motivated and coached a team of 23 advisors.

From 2017 to 2018, Miranda served as an Operations Manager at UMA, providing project management coordination and identifying opportunities for process efficiency. Miranda was later promoted to the position of Director of Operations and Training, responsible for the strategy, execution, and streamlining of training programs and department operations.

Most recently, Miranda became the Director of Learning and Development at UMA in 2022. In this role, they focus on employee engagement, onboarding, and retention, particularly in a remote work environment.

Miranda Bettaglio, M.Ed. holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Miranda later pursued higher education at the same university and earned a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Curriculum and Instruction, with a specialization in Educational Technology from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, Miranda obtained a certification as an Improvisor from the American Stage Theater from 2017 to 2019.
