Shannon Stanford

Shannon Stanford has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Shannon currently works as a Business Process Lead at Ultimate Medical Academy since May 2023. Before that, they were a Co-Founder of Citizen Innovations, where they started in February 2017. Shannon also worked at EY as a Business Process Consultant from May 2022 to December 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at Wells Fargo from July 2021 to November 2021. From July 2018 to June 2020, they worked as a Business Process Consultant at Wells Fargo, where they organized and led cross-entity redesign initiatives. Shannon also worked at Bank of America as a Business Architect, Business and Systems Integration Analyst/System Integration Lead, Business Analyst/Technical Delivery Lead/Technical Project Manager, and Application Programmer. Additionally, they co-owned and co-founded Docking Station Cyber Cafe from March 2000 to March 2008. Earlier in their career, they served as an Air Traffic Controller in the US Army from August 1989 to August 1995.

Shannon Stanford earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems and Services from the University of Maryland Global Campus between 1997 and 1999.
