Sonia Mondor has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sonia currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Finance & Analytics at Ultimate Medical Academy since 2017. In this role, they provide financial, analytical, strategic, and operational support to drive critical decisions and achieve key objectives. Sonia is responsible for tackling complex organizational and operational challenges, leading the development and delivery of the annual budget and long-term financial forecast.

Sonia's work involved advising and assisting middle market companies in the post-secondary education and training sector.

Earlier in their career, Sonia worked as an Equity Research Analyst at Telsey Advisory Group from 2010 to 2012. Sonia also served as an Associate Intern, Venture Capital at City Light Capital in 2009.

Sonia started their professional journey at Citigroup, where they held the roles of Associate, Investment Banking from 2005 to 2008 and Analyst, Investment Banking - Consumer Group from 2003 to 2005. Sonia further gained experience as an Analyst, Investment Banking - Telecom Group at Deutsche Bank from 2002 to 2003.

Sonia Mondor completed their MBA in Finance & Strategy from NYU Stern School of Business from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a BSBA in Business from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School from 1998 to 2002.
