Dave C. has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry, starting in the US Navy as a Petty Officer from 1996 to 1998. Dave then worked as a Revenue Cycle Director at Robert Wood Johnson University Medical Group from 1998 to 2005, where they achieved reimbursement goals and established a revenue cycle process. Dave then joined Mount Sinai School of Medicine as the Director of FPA from 2005 to 2008, where they handled billing office operations and quality assurance. Dave further pursued their career as a Consultant at Berkshire Hathaway, managing daily operations of professional care billing and introducing accounts receivable methods to increase productivity and revenue for institutions. In 2009, Dave joined Westchester Medical Center as the Director of Site Operations & Revenue Cycle Management, ensuring accurate charge capture and prompt payment from insurance payers. Dave then served as the Director of Billing and Revenue Cycle at ACCESS Nursing Services from 2012 to 2017. Currently, Dave holds the position of Director of Finance at Ultimate Care since 2017.

Dave C. earned an Associate of Arts degree in Accounting from Union College - NJ. Prior to attending Union College - NJ, they studied Principles of Business at St James Secondary School in the West Indies.
