George Cornick

As Senior Vice President with Ultimus LeverPoint Private Fund Solutions, George Cornick, specializes in Private Real Estate and complex real estate structures. He has over thirty years of corporate accounting and finance experience including twenty years in real estate. Prior to joining Ultimus LeverPoint, he was a Partner with FD Fund Administration responsible for accounting and financial reporting for multiple investment funds investing through various structures in real estate joint ventures approximating $2 billion in value.

Prior to joining FD Fund Administration, he was Controller for real estate funds investing commitments in excess of $1.7 billion from individual, corporate and institutional investors and prior to that was Assistant Controller of a trust responsible for the accounting functions of a commercial real estate portfolio approximating 1.5 million square feet.

George is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Widener University.
