Frances Krivicich

Frances Krivicich is a business-minded contracts, compliance, and legal professional. She brings a proven track record across a wide range of complex contracting environments including both commercial and government programs. Her experience in the defense and aerospace industry includes an in-depth understanding of the telecommunications sector including applications in satellite, wireless and terrestrial services.

With experience in both public and privately held corporations, Frances balances the need to mitigate risks and ensure federal and international regulatory compliance, while still facilitating the business need to drive growth and provide timely customer support.

Frances joined the UltiSat team as part of the 2018 acquisition and merger of Globecomm Systems Inc., at which time she supported the integration of the contracts and legal functions. She previously served in the Globecomm contracts and legal organization for over ten years. Today, she is responsible for the full range of the company’s contracts and compliance functions, including developing and managing domestic and international agreements, maintaining various legal entities, securing patent and trademark rights, and ensuring tax and regulatory compliance.

Frances has a bachelor's degrees from Long Island University/C.W. Post (Honors) and an MBA in International Business from Hofstra University. She is a certified Paralegal, a Notary Public and is a member of the National Contract Management Association.
