Zsolt Szabados

Zsolt Szabados has over twenty years of experience in the chemical industry. Zsolt began their career in 2000 as a Chemist at Florafarm Laboratories, where they conducted electrical conductivity, light diffraction, and solubilization measurements. From 2003 to 2004, they worked as a Development Chemist at Corwood Labs, where they formulated hair and skincare products for high-net-worth clients. Zsolt then moved to Mana Products in 2004, where they were an Application Chemist and oversaw the launch of several products, including Luvigel Star and Z-COTE LSA. In 2007, they joined BASF as a Technical Specialist - Skin and Sun Care, Group Leader, and Tech Service Coordinator, where they developed GSK South American sun care line and managed the global launch of all Z-Cote lines. From 2015 to 2020, they worked at Presperse Corporation as a Director of Research and Development, where they were awarded $300K to acquire equipment for development and validation of lab methods. Most recently, they joined Ultra Chemical, Inc. in 2021 as the Director of Technical Business Development.

Zsolt Szabados has a diverse educational background. Zsolt obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemistry/ Physics from Babeș-Bolyai University between 1996 and 2000. Zsolt then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.S.) in Pharmaceutics, majoring in Cosmetic and Dermatological Formulations, from Long Island University between 2006 and 2008. Finally, they earned a Master of Business Administrating (M.B.A.) in International Management and Marketing from Northeastern University between 2009 and 2012. In 2018, they also obtained a Management Development Program certification from Sumitomo in Tokyo, Japan.
