Bob Willis

Bob Willis has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Bob began their career in 1983 in the US Navy, where they held various operational and staff positions before becoming the Vice Commander of the Submarine Force. In 1994, they transitioned to Woodward Governor Company, where they worked as a Field Application/Control System Engineer, responsible for providing customer consultation and technical assistance in industrial control systems. In 1995, Willis joined Applied Materials, where they held multiple roles including Global Product Manager, Business Management Operations, and Enterprise Data Management. During their time at Applied Materials, they were responsible for product management, revenue forecasting, and coordinating the transition of new products to market release. In 2021, Willis joined Ultra Clean Technology as the Senior Director of Product Line Management.

Bob Willis has an extensive education history. Bob obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley, from 1979 to 1983. During the same period, they also obtained a second Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering from the same university. From 1984 to 1985, Bob pursued a Master of Science equivalent degree in Nuclear Engineering at the Naval Nuclear Power School. In 1994, they became a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Mechanical Engineering. Finally, from 2003 to 2007, Bob completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Phoenix, specializing in Business.
