Jamie Jacobsen Palfrey

Jamie Jacobsen Palfrey has extensive experience in human resources and has held senior leadership positions in various organizations. Currently, as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Ultra Clean Technology, Jamie is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the global HR function, including talent acquisition, talent management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR operations. Prior to this role, Jamie served as the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at Shape Technologies Group, where they led the development and execution of the HR strategic plan to support rapid growth and change in a fast-paced start-up environment. Jamie has also held leadership positions at Wacom Americas, FEI Company, Lam Research, Quiktrak Inc, ConocoPhillips, and Valle del Sol, Inc., where they were responsible for various HR functions and played a key role in aligning HR strategies with business goals. Overall, Jamie has a strong track record of driving organizational growth and supporting the strategic direction of the companies they have worked for through effective HR leadership and partnership.

Jamie Jacobsen Palfrey obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Portland State University in the years 1985 to 1989. Continuing their education, they pursued a Master of Education degree specializing in Occupational Training & Development/Instructional Design from the University of Louisville between 1992 and 1994.
