Peter How

Peter How has over 18 years of work experience in various roles related to software engineering, management, and sales. Peter is currently working as a Principal Software Engineer at Ultra Clean Technology since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director at Alphageeks Solutions Pte Ltd from October 2017 to March 2022. Before that, they were associated with UST Technology PTE LTD for more than a decade, holding positions such as Product Manager/Handler Software Manager, Handler Software Manager, Vision Software Manager, and Senior Vision Software Engineer. In these roles, Peter was responsible for designing and developing high-speed IC inspection machines, managing R&D teams, defining product requirements and configurations, reviewing performance and product design, assigning projects, and handling communication protocols. Peter also has experience in developing handler software, sustaining existing software, and providing technical support for vision inspection systems. Prior to their tenure at UST Technology, Peter worked as a Sales and Service Engineer, where they looked for sales opportunities, provided technical support, understood customer requirements, and facilitated product presentations and installations. Their product coverage includes MicroVision IC Inspection Systems.

Peter How attended USM from 2000 to 2004, where they pursued an Honours Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
