David Nelson

David Nelson has a diverse work experience in tax management. David is currently working as the Senior Director of Tax at Ultra Clean Technology since June 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Xilinx as the Senior Director of Tax Operations from August 2016 to January 2020. David also served as the Director of Tax at ShoreTel from October 2013 to August 2016. Before joining ShoreTel, David worked at Symantec Corporation in various tax director roles, including Tax Director, M&A, Global Transfer Pricing, International Americas, Director, U.S. Tax Operations, and Director, Global Tax Provision. David managed global M&A activity, operational transfer pricing, and tax matters within Latin America and Canada at Symantec. David's earliest work experience was as a Tax Manager at Ernst & Young, where they managed tax services engagements for small and mid-size corporations in the high-technology and bio-technology industries.

David Nelson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from San Diego State University. David also holds a Master of Science degree in Taxation from San Jose State University.
