Ofer Cohen

Ofer Cohen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Ofer has worked as a Director of Product Engineering at Ultra Clean Technology since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Director of Research Development at QMD from 2020 to 2022, where they were responsible for product development and managing a team of 20. From 2013 to 2019, they worked at ARAD GROUP as an R&D and Engineering Manager, overseeing the development and support of residential mechanical water meters. Ofer also has experience as a Senior R&D Program Manager at Bioness Neuromodulation, where they managed the development of a neuro-prosthesis system for children. Ofer has also worked as a Project Manager and Mechanical Designer/Engineer at modu and as a Private Contractor, working on various projects for clients such as Given Imaging, Motorola, and ARAN R&D. Their career started at Studio PK, where they worked as an Industrial and Mechanical Designer/Engineer.

Ofer Cohen earned a BSc in Product Design and Business Management from North Carolina State University from 1990 to 1994. Before that, they briefly attended Texas A&M University in 1988 and 1989, studying First Year Mechanical Engineering. Prior to their university education, Ofer attended Westfield High School from 1984 to 1988.
