Maayan Navon

Maayan Navon is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Business Development & Sales Director at Ultra Information Solutions since January 2022. As Vice President of the Caribbean Israel Leadership Coalition since 2018, Maayan has established the first support organization for Caribbean interests in Israel and opened new business opportunities for CRICOM. Previous roles include Board Member at Ofek Israeli (2016-2018) and Adviser to the World Chairman at Keren Hayesod - UIA (2016-2018), where Maayan led collaborations with government offices and developed new programs. Additionally, Maayan has served as a Representative FOI in Southeast Asia for Keren Hayesod - UIA (2012-2014), Operations Manager at DIGNIA Systems (2008-2012), and LR GROUP (2004-2008), managing international processes with government agencies. The early career includes roles as Foreign Relations Officer and Operations Officer in the Israeli Air Force (2000-2004). Maayan holds an MBA from The University of Edinburgh and a BA in Business Administration and Political Science from The Open University of Israel.
