Katie Mazzeo

Katie Mazzeo, CPA, has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Katie is currently the Vice President of Finance at Ultra Intelligence & Communications since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Global Controller at Forever Oceans from January 2022 to March 2023. Before that, they held positions at Abaco Systems, Inc. where they served as the Global Controller from November 2019 to January 2022 and as the US Controller from December 2016 to November 2019. Katie also worked as a Finance Manager, Professional Services at ADTRAN from January 2015 to December 2016 and as the Manager, Asset Accounting at Bell Partners Inc from July 2013 to January 2015. Katie started their career as an Audit Senior Associate at PwC from November 2010 to July 2013 and worked as a Senior Associate at KPMG US from May 2006 to November 2010. At both PwC and KPMG US, they gained extensive experience in audit procedures, financial statement preparation, consolidation, and accounting for various industries including manufacturing and healthcare.

Katie Mazzeo, CPA, holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame, which they obtained in 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2005. Katie also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant.
