Robert Gardner

Rob Gardner has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Rob currently serves as the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Ultra Intelligence & Communications, where they are responsible for developing and delivering a value creation program focused on driving transformation projects. Prior to this, they worked at McKinsey & Company as an Associate Partner from 2017 to 2022. Rob also served as a Manager at Triumph Group from 2013 to 2015 and was a Marine in the United States Marine Corps from 2003 to 2011.

Rob Gardner has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business.
