Benjamin McDow

Benjamin McDow is a skilled manufacturing and production engineering professional with a robust background in continuous improvement and engineering design. Currently serving as the Manufacturing and Production Engineering Team Lead at Ultra Maritime since May 2021, Benjamin has progressed from a Manufacturing Engineer to a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer within the same organization. Prior experience includes a role as a Teaching Assistant for the Engineering Design II course at Dalhousie University, as well as several co-op positions focused on continuous improvement and manufacturing engineering at Nova Scotia Power and Pratt & Whitney Canada. Benjamin began his career in sales positions at Century Saw and Marine Ltd. and Proudfoots Home Hardware. Holding a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from Dalhousie University, completed in 2021, Benjamin possesses a solid foundation in engineering principles and practices.
